摘  要:分析技能大赛与专业建设的关联性,以技能大赛带动专业课程项目教学方法改革,将技能大赛融合到常规教学当中。以化工技能博弈协会和院级技能大赛两个平台,推动技能大赛常态化、普及化;以二课堂、选修课、开放实训室、"师徒"传帮带等措施,确保了专业技能提升。通过研究与实践,提高了专业人才培养质量,锤炼了专业教师队伍,取得了显著的成效和阶段性的成果。The relations between skills competition and specialty construction are analyzed,and skills competition can drive the teaching method reform of specialty curriculum project, so the skills competition should be integrated into the conventional teaching. Skills competition is promoted to normalization and universalization supported by the platforms of chemical engineering skills game association and college' s skill contest. The professional skills are promoted by the measures of the second class, optional courses, opening of practical training room and master and apprentice mentoring, etc. Through study and practice, the training quality of professional talents is improved, the professional teaching team is tempered, and remarkable achievements and stage results are gained.
