浅议地方高校MTI特色培养方案的构建策略

摘　　要：在目前我国翻译硕士(MTI)专业学位蓬勃发展的背景下,越来越多的地方高校加入了MTI培养单位的行列。本文以N校为例,对地方高校MTI人才培养战略定位确立、专业特色和优势打造、培养模式创新等进行了系统分析,提出了MTI特色培养方案构建的基本思路,对地方高校MTI培养方案的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。With the rapid development of MTI education,more and more local universities have become MTI cultivating units.Taking the university N as an example,this paper lines up the cultivation standards and mode,gives a systematic analysis of cultivating orientation,characteristics and advantages,cultivating mode of MTI education in local universities and finally puts up the method to build a MTI cultivating program with specialties,which could be used for reference by other local universities.
