摘 要:随着就业市场竞争压力不断增大,越来越多的应届毕业生出现求职倦怠行为,校园招聘会"遇冷"现象频出。本文基于对校园招聘会应届毕业生求职现状的实践调查与研究,通过构建毕业生就业认知评价体系,从就业意识训练和就业技能培养两方面深入探究影响毕业生求职倦怠的行为原因,研究表明:毕业生就业准备不充分以及学生和高校就业服务部门之间断层的存在成为学生求职倦怠行为的主要原因。并在此基础上针对性地提出重视就业思想,增强就业概念、全面提升自身竞争力、曲线就业和理性选择四项建议,以期化解求职倦怠现象,提高校园招聘会的实效性。With the increasing pressure of competition in the employment market,more and more graduates face the job burnout situation,and campus recruitment will " freeze" frequently. Based on the investigation and research on the status quo of the campus recruitment,this paper studies the behavior of the graduates from two aspects: the awareness training and the training of the employment consciousness. The research shows that the not fully prepared of the graduates and the gap between college students and employment service department had became the main reasons of job burnout of students behavior. On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the idea that the graduates should pay more attention to enhance the concept of employment,improve their competitiveness,adjusts the mentality and rational choices. With these four proposals this paper tries to resolve the phenomenon of job burnout and improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment.
