摘 要:目的探讨CT技术在诊断原发性气管肿瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析20例气管肿瘤患者的临床资料及CT表现。结果 20例患者中气管下段肿瘤9例,中段肿瘤5例,上段肿瘤6例;2例气管良性肿瘤均较小,18例气管恶性肿瘤大小不一。恶性肿瘤形状各异,其中乳头状者4例,息肉状者4例,分叶状者6例,扁平附壁状生长者2例,沿管壁环状浸润者2例。肿瘤以软组织密度为主。结论 CT能够显示气管肿瘤的位置、大小、形状、密度,肿瘤向气管腔内外生长情况及气管狭窄的程度,气管肿瘤沿气管壁纵向、环状浸润范围,肿瘤浸润周围器官及与周围组织器官的关系;有助于治疗方案的制订。Objective To evaluate the application of CT in the diagnosis of primary tracheal neoplasms. Method Retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data and CT findings of 20 cases of tracheal tumor patients. Result In the cohort of 20 patients, 9 had tumors in the lower airway, 5 in middle airway, and 6 in upper airway; 2 cases of trache- al benign tumors were small in size, while 18 cases had tracheal malignancies of various size. The shape of the malignant tumor was different, there was 4 of papillary tumor, 4 had polyp, 6 of Iobulated mass, 2 were in flattened parietal form, and 2 had annular infiltration. Most tumors were of the density of soft tissue. Conclusion CT imaging delineates the po- sition, size, shape, and density of the tumor, as well as the extent of invasion in tracheal wall, and the degree of tracheal stenosis, besides, it also defines the longitudinal or annular infiltration range of tracheal tumor on the tracheal wall, and shows the interaction between infiltrated organs and the adjacent tissues or organs, which may contribute to the develop- ment of treatment programs.
