摘　　要：目的:探讨去泛素化酶Rpn11蛋白在套细胞淋巴瘤(MCL)中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:收集20例初治MCL的标本及资料,以10例反应性增生淋巴组织标本为对照,免疫组化检测组织中Rpn11蛋白的定位及表达,分析Rpn11表达与患者的临床病理指标的关系。结果:Rpn11蛋白定位于细胞核和细胞浆。MCL病理组织中Rpn11蛋白表达阳性率85%,高于对照组织40%(P=0.03)。套细胞淋巴瘤组织中Rpn11蛋白表达的阳性率与患者的Ann Arbor分期、血清白蛋白水平、Ki-67指数均相关(P<0.05),与呈阴性表达的MCL比较,Rpn11阳性者分期更晚、白蛋白水平更低、Ki-67指数更高。而Rpn11表达与患者的MIPI分组、B症状、骨髓浸润、β2-微球蛋白无关(P>0.05)。结论:Rpn11蛋白在MCL病理组织中的表达较对照组织为高,Rpn11可能是MCL预后较差的指标。Objective ： To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of deubiquitination enzymes Rpn11 protein in mantle cell lymphoma （MCL）. Methods： The pathology specimens and clinical data of 20 cases of newly diagnosed MCL were collected, and 10 lymphadenitis samples were chosen as control. The localization and expression level of Rpnl 1 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry methods, and the relationship between the expression of Rpn11 in MCL patients and their clinicopathological characteristic were analyzed. Results： Rpnll protein was localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Positive expression rates of Rpnll in MCL tissues were 85%, higher than 40% in lymphadenitis samples （P = 0.03）. expression of Rpn11 had significant correlation with high Ann Arbor stage, low serum albumin levels and high Ki-67 index （P 〈 0.05）. There was no correlation among Rpnll expression and MIPI group, B symptoms, bone marrow infiltration, β2-microglobulin level （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： There was high expression of Rpn11 in MCL. The positive expression of Rpn11 indicated a poor prognosis of MCL.
