摘 要:随着磁共振(MRI)成像技术的不断发展,其在宫颈癌的临床应用由常规显示病灶形态转移到观察病变的微观情况。磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)反应组织内部水分子微观运动情况,通过表观扩散系数ADC来量化水分子扩散运动的变化程度,从而反应组织病变,在评价肿瘤复发、监测疗效中发挥重要的作用。磁共振动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)可以很好反映肿瘤血流灌注情况,在肿瘤的临床分期和疗效评价中发挥重要作用。With the constant technological development of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), its clinical application of cervical cancer has been transferred to the micro situation of observing the lesion from conventional displayed nidus form. Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) reflects the micro movements of internal organizational water molecules, quantize the change degree of water molecular diffusion movements through apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC). Consequently, the important role of tissues lesion played in evaluation of tumor recurrence and monitoring therapy is reflected. DCE-MRI can reflect tumor blood perfusion situation very well, and it plays a vital role in clinical stages and therapeutic evaluation of tumor.
