摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体腔注射康柏西普注射剂治疗湿性老年性黄斑变性(SMD)的疗效和安全性。方法选取2014-2015年在我院经光学相干层析成像(OCT)和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)确诊的湿性SMD患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各41例。对照组采用经瞳孔热疗法(TTT);实验组注射康柏西普0.1 mL,每月1次。观察2组患者治疗前及治疗后第1、3个月视力变化,黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CRT),荧光素渗透率和脉络膜新生血管(CNV)面积。结果治疗后实验组与对照组相比,视力(logMAR)得到明显改善,CRT、荧光素渗透率和CNV面积明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见与治疗相关的严重不良反应。结论康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗湿性SMD疗效显著,能有效地改善患者的视力,提高患者生活质量,且不良反应较少。AIM To observe the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of conbercept in treatment of exudative senile macular degeneration（SMD）. METHODS Totally 82 patients with exudative SMD diagnosed by optical coherence tomography （OCT） and fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） in our hospital from 2014- 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 41 patients in each. The patients in control group were treated with transpupillary thermotherapy （TIT）, while the others in experimental group were injected with 0.1 mL conbercept injection, once a month. The changes in vision, macular retinal thickness（CRT）, fluorescein permeability and choroidal neovascularization （CNV） area of the 2 groups were observed before treatment and at 1,3 months of treatment. RESULTS After treatment, compared with the control group, the visual（logMAR） of the experimental group was much higher, and the CRT, CNV area of the experimental group were all lower. The differences between the 2 groups were satistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION The intravitreal injection of conbercept has definite effect for treating exudative SMD, can effectively improve the patient＇s vision, improve the life of patients, and has less adverse reactions.
