高职生职业化成长中职业素养与职业技能的贡献度研究

摘　　要：为高职院校"双融双教"的育人模式的建立提供理论依据,从环境贡献、水平贡献和成效贡献三个方面,构建出以27个指标为指标体系的贡献度模型,评价高职生职业化成长中职业素养与职业技能的贡献度。最后,计算出具有代表性的10个高职所在地的职业素养与职业技能的贡献度。The paper is intended to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of the teaching model of 'Dual-P Integration and Co-Educators' in vocational colleges, to evaluate the effect of the integration of professional quality and professional skills, to construct 27 indexes in three aspects(environmental integration, level integration and effect integration) and to assess the integration of professional quality and professional skills from different angles. Finally, the fusion degree of the representative 10 regions is calculated.
