摘 要:木材作为森林的直接产物,由于受到生长周期及气候条件等因素的制约,木材生产的集中性和季节性与木材需求的分散性和持续性之间存在矛盾。为了解决木材的供需矛盾,推动林业产业的发展,探讨木材物流网络优化的模型与算法,在分析用户特征及功能需求的基础上,采用Web GIS技术、数据库技术及组件集成技术,对系统进行分析与设计,以福建三明永林集团为例进行系统的初步应用,得出最佳的木材物流网络地形图和卫星图,并通过Arc GIS Server和Google Maps API技术实现集团内外客户的方案查询服务。通过系统应用分析表明,该系统能够在满足集团内外部各个用户需求的基础上,保障数据的共享性、安全性和可控性。该系统具有较好的经济性和实用性,能够辅助决策并提高物流运作效率。Timber as the direct product of the forest is restricted by some factors such as growth cycle and climate conditions. There is a contradiction between the characteristics of concentrated and seasonal timber production and the characteristics of scattered and sustainable timber demand. In order to solve this contradiction and promote the development of forestry industry, the timber logis-tics network optimization model and algorithm were studied. The system was analyzed and designed using WebGIS based the analysis of characteristics of the user and functional requirements as well as database technology and component integration technology. The pre-liminary application of the system was studied by taking the Sanming Yonglin Forestry Group in Fujian as the case. The best timber lo-gistics network topographic maps and satellite imagery were concluded. The query service of internal and external customer of the Group could be achieved by the ArcGIS Server and Google Maps API technology. Through the system application analysis, it demon-strated that the system was able to meet the demand of internal and external users of the Group, based on which the data sharing, se-curity and controllability could be also guaranteed. The designed system had good economy and practicability, and could aid decision making and improve the efficiency of logistics operation.
