摘　　要：以企业为主体的产学研合作是建设国家创新体系和实现科教兴国战略的重要途径。本文以航天东方红卫星有限公司为案例研究对象,探讨中国航天复杂产品系统产学研合作模式演化的原因、过程与特征,及其知识转移方式的演化轨迹,并进一步挖掘知识转移视角下的企业产学研合作中航天复杂产品创新能力演化过程。本文创新性地提出了产学研合作模式演化过程中的知识转移轨迹,构建了产学研合作中知识转移和企业创新能力协同演化理论模型,尝试从知识转移的视角打开产学研合作中企业创新能力提升的"黑箱"。本文对提高我国复杂产品领域产学研合作的成功率,进而提升企业创新能力和核心竞争力具有实践借鉴意义。The industry-university-institute cooperation with enterprise as the main body is an important way of building national innovation system and implementing the strategy of invigorating China through science and education.Based on the case of Aerospace Dongfanghong Satellite Co.,Ltd.,this paper discussed the causes,process and features of the evolution of Chinese aerospace complex products industry-university-institute cooperation mode,the evolution trajectory of knowledge transfer,and further explored the evolution of the aerospace complex product innovation ability in the industry-university-institute cooperation.This paper proposed the evolution trajectory of knowledge transfer,and constructed the theoretical model of the synergistic evolution of knowledge transfer and enterprise innovation ability in industry-university-institute cooperation.From the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper tried to open the black box of enterprise innovation ability enhancement in industry-university-institute cooperation.In practice,this paper tried to improve the success rate of industry-university-institute cooperation,enterprise's innovation ability and core competitiveness in the field of complex products system.
