摘　　要：近几年,我国城镇化建设发展迅速,城镇化建设带来了经济与产业结构的一系列变化。文章着眼于城镇化建设带来的经济增长水平、产业结构升级、农业经济市场化与城乡收入差距等几方面的变化。在此基础上研究引起就业市场(即人才需求)人才需求数量、需求结构的变化,以及技能更替和可持续发展等问题,是城镇化建设背景下相对薄弱、急需研究的问题,是城镇化建设与人才需求问题研究的核心问题。针对就业市场对人才需求的变化,对现状进行定性与定量分析,发现主要问题并提出相关对策。基于"城镇化建设-经济发展与结构升级-岗位结构变化-岗位能力变化-人才需求能力结构变化-人才培养的策略与模式创新"的逻辑论述,初步解决城镇化与人才需求问题的矛盾。In recent years, the development of urbanization in China is rapid. The urbanization has brought a series of changes for the economic and industrial structure. This paper focuses on the level of economic growth, industrial structure upgrading, agricultural economic marketization and the income gap between urban and rural areas brought by the urbanization. On this basis, to research the quantity of talent demand（namely talent demand） and the change of demand structure of employment market as well as the technical replacement and the sustainable development is the problem that relatively weak and urgent to be studied in the background of the urbanization construction,and it is also the core problem of the research on the construction of urbanization and the demand of talents. In view of the changes of the employment market to the talent demand, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the present situation are carried out to discover the main question and propose the related countermeasure. Based on the logical exposition of ＂urbanization-economic development and structure upgrading-position structure change-position ability change-structural changes of the demand for talent-strategy and mode innovation of talent cultivation＂, the contradiction between urbanization and talent demand is preliminarily solved.
