摘  要:针对任职教育院校课程考核过程中存在的考核理念滞后、内容单一、模式简单、管理松懈等诸多问题,本文从考核理念、考核内容、考核方式、考核题型、考核管理等五个方面研究了任职教育院校课程考核改革方向,旨在进一步加强学员学习过程性考核,突出考能力、考运用、考实践,提高学员岗位任职能力。本文研究将对任职教育院校课程考核改革具有重要参考和借鉴价值。Aiming at the problems in the process of the course evaluation of the post-vocational education institutions such as assessment idea lagging behind, single content, simple model and lax management, this paper analyzes the orientation of course examination reform in post education institutes from five aspects including concept, content, way, form and management of evaluation, aiming to further strengthen the process assessment of students, highlight the examination of ability, application and practice, and improve the post capacity of students. The research of this paper will have important reference value for the course examination reform of post-vocational education institutes.
