摘  要:黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站是湖南建成的第一个抽水蓄能电站,作为电力系统的重要调节工具,其在湖南电网及华中电网中承担着调峰、填谷、调频、调相等重要任务。本文从黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站的工程背景及运行方式出发,提出了抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统的设计原则,详细阐述了系统的结构、特点及主要设备的配置和功能,并对系统的主要特点进行了分析与总结,可供同规模抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统的设计借鉴。The Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station is the first pumped storage power station built in Hunan.As an essential regulation tool of the power system,it plays an important role in peak regulation,valley filling,frequency adjustment and phase modulation in the entire power grid in Hunan and in Central China.Proceeding from the engineering background and operation modes of Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station,the design principles of the computer monitoring system at the station are proposed.Besides,the structure and features of the system and the configurations and functions of main equipment are described in detail,with analysis and conclusion on the main features of the system,so as to provide reference for design on computer monitoring system at pumped storage power stations of similar scale.
