摘　　要：目的探讨插销式二氧化锆铸造核桩修复老年人后牙残根、残冠的临床疗效。方法采用二氧化锆铸造核桩修复100颗老年人后牙残根、残冠,随访1年,观察后牙残根、残冠修复效果。结果随访1年后,100颗老年人后牙残根、残冠中修复成功者93颗,5颗根折后拔掉,2颗松动,调颌后缓解。结论采用插销式二氧化锆铸瓷分裂桩修复老年人后牙残根、残冠能更大程度的予以保留,临床效果良好。Objective To explore the clinical effects of conservative prosthetics of elderly molar residual roots and crowns by pin-type zirconium dioxide casting core pile. Methods The 100 elderly molar residual roots and crowns were repaired by pin-type zirconium dioxide casting core pile,the treatment effect was observed for 1 year. Results After one year follow-up,93 cases in 100 cases were succeed,five cases were extraction after root fracture,two cases＇ loosened was relieved by occlusal adjustment. Conclusion The application of prosthetics by pin-type zirconium dioxide casting core pile is a good method to improve the conservative rate of elderly molar residual roots and crowns.
