益气活血方联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血方联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将42例住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组21例草酸铂125mg/m2 iv gtt d1,CF 100mg/m2 iv gtt d1、2,5-FU500 mg/m2 iv d1、2,5-FU 2g连续72h泵入;恩丹西酮8mg iv d1-3hual化疗。治疗组21例益气活血方(紫河车7g,鸡血藤、黄精、生黄芪各25g,熟地15g,当归20g,党参20g,龙眼肉10g,焦白术12g,淮山药30g,水红花子20g,阿胶10g,三七粉3g,茯苓10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L;化疗治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肿瘤病灶、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解4例,部分缓解4例,好转8例,进展5例,总有效率76.19%;对照组完全缓解2例,部分缓解4例,好转5例,进展10例,总有效率52.38%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血方联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Yiqi Huoxue Fang combination chemotherapy treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 42 patients hospitalized patients in clinic order Numbers simple random divided into two groups. Control group 21 cases of oxaliplatin as 125 mg/m^2 iv gtt dl, 100 mg/CF m^2 iv gtt dl, 2, 5-FUSO0 mg/m2 iv dl, 2, 5-FU 2 g continuous pumping 72 h; Er Dan west ketone 8 mg iv dl-3 hua] chemotherapy. Treatment group 21 cases of Yiqi Huoxue Fang （7g dried human placenta, caulis spatholobi, rhizoma polygonati, astragalus root each 25g, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, 15g angelica 20 g, dangshen, 20g dried longan 10g, focal 12g atractylodes, yam medicine 30 g, pink flower 20 g, donkeyhide gelatin, 10g, notoginseng powder, 3g, tuckahoe, 10g）,1/d, 200 mL water decoction; Chemotherapy treatment with the control group. 15d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group 4 cases were complete response, partial in 4 cases, improvement in 8 cases, 5 cases, total effective rate was 76.19%; Control group complete remission in 2 cases, partial in 4 cases, 5 cases were improved, progress in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 52.38%; The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）; Adverse reaction in treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Fang combination chemotherapy treatment of advanced eolorectal cancer, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
