摘　　要：详述了电子束曝光系统的原理、种类、系统的构成和合轴的原理,以及如何使NBL(微纳投影)电子束曝光系统更好、更快地进行合轴,从而使NBL电子束曝光机处于最佳工作状态。This paper introduces the principle and types of electron beam exposure system, and the principle of coincidence, and how to make the NBL （Nano Beam Lithography）electron beam exposure system better, faster of coincidence, so that the NBL electron beam exposure machine in the best working condition.
