视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的诊疗进展

摘　　要：视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿是临床眼科常见的一种疾病,黄斑水肿是它的继发病症之一,治疗上目前暂无特效药物,西医对本病的治疗虽然有了一些新的进展,但却无法显著降低复发率。中医药在治疗本病方面也有一定的经验,中医联合西医治疗方案较单纯西医治疗可以明显降低复发率,视力恢复也较单纯西医治疗远期恢复效果好,本文就视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿近几年中西医发病机制及治疗进展作一综述。Branch retinal vein occlusion macular edema is a common clinical ophthalmology disease,macular edema is one of the secondary symptoms,for the treatment of this disease at present,no specific drugs,western medicine for the treatment of this disease,although there have been some new developments,but not significantly lower the recurrence rate,traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease also have certain experience,TCM combined with western medicine treatment compared with the simple western medicine treatment can obviously decrease the recurrence rate and the recovery of visual acuity also is better than pure western medicine treatment of long-term recovery. Therefore,this paper is branch retinal vein blocking macular edema in recent years of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine pathogenesis and treatment were reviewed in this paper.
