获嘉县城乡重点发展空间评价与布局规划研究

摘　　要：基于人口、经济、人民生活、发展建设与资源禀赋5项一级评价因子,15项二级具体评价指标,采用专家权重打分与多指标极差法相结合的评价方法,对获嘉县进行城乡发展空间评价。结果表明,获嘉县综合条件发展最好的是城关镇与县产业集聚区,是带动县域全面发展的增长极。其次是亢村镇,是县域重点发展城镇,应成为市域城镇体系承上启下的重要节点。同时本文在评价结果的基础上进行合理的城乡布局规划,为城乡统筹发展、国土空间发展、产业优化发展提供支撑。Based on five primary evaluation factors such as population, economy, living standard, development and construction, resources endowment,and fifteen secondary concrete evaluation indexes, the urban and rural space development of Huojia County in Henan Province was evaluated by the weighting and multi-index extreme range method. The results showed that the one of the best comprehensive development was Chengguan Town and county industrial clusters, which was the county growth pole for promoting comprehensive development. Followed by Kangcun Town, a developing town of county＇s focus, which should become an important node for the urban and town system. At the same time, a reasonable urban layout planning was conducted based on the evaluation results, which could provide support for urban and rural development, land and space development, and industrial optimization development.
