医用三氧联合中药保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究医用三氧联合中药保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法将120例宫颈癌放射性直肠炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用白头翁汤保留灌肠,观察组在对照组的基础上联合医用三氧治疗,中位随访时间12.0个月,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的放疗时间,生理功能、社会功能、心理功能和生活质量总评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医用三氧联合中药保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎效果较好,可延长放疗时间,改善患者生活质量,降低炎症反应。Objective To study the clinical effects of medical oxygen and retention enema with traditional Chinese drug Pulsatilla Decoction for cervical cancer with radiation proctitis. Methods A total of 120 consecutives were divided randomly into control group and observation group and each of 60 cases. Patients in the control group received Pulsatilla Decoction retention enema, and those in the observation group adopted medical oxygen on the base of treatment of control group. Both groups had medium follow-up of 12.0 months. Compare the therapeutic effects between the two groups. Results The to- tal efficacy rate was higher in observation group than in control group. The radiation time and total scores of physiological, social, psychological functions and quality of life were all more in observation group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. The serum levels of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical oxygen and retention enema with traditional Chinese drugs had good effects on cervical cancer patients with radiation proctitis. This treatment could extend radiation time, improve quality of life and decease inflammation.
