摘 要:目的了解山西省居民的碘营养状况,为调整碘缺乏病防治策略与措施提供科学依据。方法在全省119个县(市、区),每个县按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各随机抽取1个病区乡(镇),在所抽取的每个乡(镇)随机抽取4个行政村(居委会),在每个行政村(居委会)随机抽检15户居民家中食盐样品,盐碘测定采用直接滴定法;在所抽取的每个乡(镇)各随机抽取1所小学;在所抽取小学各随机抽检40名8-10周岁儿童(男、女各半)的尿样;在所抽取的每个乡(镇)各随机抽检20名孕妇的尿样。尿碘测定采用砷铈催化分光光度法。结果在山西省11个市、119县(市、区)共采集盐样35702份,盐碘中位数为24.11 mg/Kg,碘盐覆盖率为97.57%,合格碘盐食用率为92.52%;在山西省11个市、119个县(市、区)共采集儿童尿样24214份,尿碘中位数为201.5μg/L;在市级水平,有4个市儿童尿碘中位数在100~200μg/L之间,有7个市的儿童尿碘中位数在200~300μg/L之间;共采集孕妇尿样12017份,尿碘中位数为179.4μg/L,在市级水平,11个市的孕妇尿碘中位数位于161~207.9μg/L之间。结论山西省自食盐加碘浓度下调后,儿童碘营养水平日趋适宜,孕妇碘营养水平已经处于适宜状态。Objective To investigate the nutritional status of iodine among residents in Shanxi Province,and to provide a scientific basis for adjustment of control strategies and measures for Iodine Deficiency Disorders( IDD).Methods In the 11 cities,119counties( city,area),except high water iodine townships,in each county 5 townships were randomly selected according to their sub- area positions of east,west,south,north and center,4 villages were sampled in each chosen township,Salt specimens in 15 households were randomly sampled in each chosen village; in the 11 cities,119 counties( city,area),except high water iodine townshpis,1 township was randomly selected respectively in east,west,south,north and center sub- areas in each county,selected 40 children aged 8 to 10 and 20 pregnant women in each selected township to collect urine samples and to detect urinary iodine by As- Ce catalytic spectrophotometric assay.Results The median of iodine of 35 702 salt specimens in household was 24.11 mg/kg.The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.57% and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.52%; In the 11 cities,119 counties( city,area),the median of urinary iodine for 24 214 children aged 8 to 10 was 201.5 μg/L; The median of urinary iodine for 12 017 pregnant women was 179.4 μg/L.Conclusions After the adjustment of salt iodine concentration,the iodine nutrition level of children aged 8 to 10 in Shanxi were more appropriate.The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women in Shanxi were appropriate.
