摘 要:目的比较锥形束CT(CBCT)和全颌曲面断层片在下颌后牙区术前诊断及治疗计划的制订中的应用。方法对天津医科大学口腔医院种植科的178例,356个位点下颌后牙游离及非游离端缺失的患者,在术前分别进行全颌曲面断层及CBCT影像学检查,然后计算两种方法的可接受种植的位点及可植入率,进行比较分析。以后牙区牙槽骨量≥12mm为可接受种植的位点标准。结果全颌曲面断层可接受种植的位点为223个,可植入率为62.64%。CBCT可接受种植的位点289个,可植入率为81.1 8%。结论与曲面断层片相比,CBCT可以更准确的评估下颌后牙区的牙槽骨骨量,更有利于诊断治疗计划的制订。但是曲面断层片对下颌后牙区种植术前的评估仍有重要的应用价值。Objective To compare the application of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) and panoramic radiographs for dental implants in mandibular posterior area.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with 356 points teeth loss in the mandibular posterior area were assessed with CBCT and panoramic radiographs.The alveolar bone height from the top of the bone to the nerve was measured by the two methods.The thickness.Results 223 points were evaluated to be available for implant surgery by panoramic,while there were 289 points detected by CBCT.The proportions of available implant point were 62.64% and 81.18% measured by panoramic radiographs and CBCT respectively.Conclusion It has been shown that the quantity of bone could be evaluated more precisely by CBCT than panoramic radiographs.And the panoramic radiographs can also be valuable for implant surgery.
