毛囊回植术对头皮术后瘢痕的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨毛囊回植术在头皮术后瘢痕恢复中的作用。方法 52例患者,将皮损周围因梭形切除所产生的多余毛囊回植入切口内,切口前1/2作为对照组,后1/2作为移植组,术后进行瘢痕评分。结果52例患者中,毛囊回植术区的瘢痕评分与未回植区早期差异无统计学意义(术后1,2和3个月时P=0.168,0.659,0.063),在术后第6个月和1年时评分均低于同期的未回植区(P均<0.05)。结论毛囊回植术可减轻头皮术后瘢痕。Objective To investigate the effect of hair follicle replantation on scar recovery after operation of scalp. Methods Re-transplant the excess hair follicles from the skin around the lesion on 52 patients. Half as control group and the other half as transplantation group, then assess the scar. Results There was no signif- icant difference between the transplantation group and the control group on the early stage of the plant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Six months and 1 year after operation, scar score of transplantation group was lower than the control （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hair follicle transplantation can reduce the scar after scalp operation.
