浅谈高等学校青年教师的师德修养

摘　　要：高等学校中青年教师的所占比例越来越高,高校青年教师的道德修养直接关系到大学生的培养质量,也关系到高等学校的综合办学水平。文章从当前时代的发展、大学生的健康教育、青年教师的师德修养缺憾等方面阐述加强高校青年教师师德修养的必要性;进一步从理论学习、职业观念、团结协作、沟通交流、完善制度和科学管理等方面浅析了加强高校青年教师师德修养的途径和策略。The proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities is higher and higher, the professional ethics arid culture of young teachers in colleges and universities is clirectly related to the quality of students,but also related to the level of comprehensive education in colleges and universities.In this article,the necessity of improving professional ethics and culture of young teachers in colleges and universities is elaborated from the aspects of development of the current era,good education of college students and imperfections of young teacher＇s ethics. Further,the strategy of improving high school young teachers＇ moral cultivation is provided from the aspects of theoretical study,professional concept,unity and cooperation,communication and exchange,perfecting system and scientific management.
