摘　　要：目前广西中小学教师存在单向流动、自发无序流动和执行不力流动等不合理流动现象。解决这些不合理流动现象,需要政府提供良好的外部条件,学校提供良好的内部条件,教师个人提供良好的自身条件,以促使广西中小学教师合理流动。At present,the existence of one-way flow,spontaneous and disorderly flow of weak enforcement of flow and other flow phenomena unreasonable of School Teachers in Guangxi. To solve these unreasonable flow phenomena, the need for government to provide favorable external conditions,the school provides good internal conditions of individual teachers to provide good conditions for itself, to promote the rational flow of School Teachers primary and secondary School Teachers in Guangx
