基于实践教学理念的《保险理财规划》省级精品课程设计策略及应用

摘　　要：精品课程建设是推进教学方式创新、深化教育改革的重要举措。《保险理财规划》课程作为应用与实践性较强的课程,将实践理念融于其教学方式中并进行精品课程建设对应用型保险专业人才的培养是十分必要的。本文依托《保险理财规划》省级精品视频公开课程,在保险行业持续快速发展和保险人才需求加速上升的背景下,基于实践教学理念,简要介绍了《保险理财规划》精品课程建设的基本理念、设计策略及其应用,以期提高学生的学习兴趣,进而达到培养专业保险理财人员的目的。The construction of excellent courses is an important measure to promote the innovation of teaching methods and to deepen the educational reform. Insurance financial planning as a subject with strong application and practice,it is very necessary for training practical talents in insurance to integrated the practice of philosophy into the teaching mode and constructing excellent course. In the specific course design;we introduce case teaching and lectures and other models,and focus on the implementation of thematic model teaching. These measures can improve students＇ interest in learning and promote the development of insurance courses.
