摘　　要：本文从学生本身、学校、企业和社会等方面分析高校工程实践能力培养存在的问题,提出从加强工程实践认识、强化过程管理、提高教师的工程素质以及扩大学生知识面等方面来提供工程实践能力培养,为创新型国家建设提供高素质的工程技术人才。The paper analyzed the problems existing in training, of engineering practice ability in colleges and universities,from students themselves,schools,enterprises and social aspects. In order to provide engineering practice ability training,the recognition of engineering practice,strengthening the process management,improving the engineering quality of teachers and expanding students＇ knowledge and so on were put forward,for the construction of an innovative country to provide high-quality engineering and technical personnel.
