摘　　要：目的探讨Galectin-3和Glypican-3对良、恶性甲状腺滤泡型肿瘤鉴别诊断的意义。方法选取2010年1月-2015年12月在江苏省中西医结合医院病理科确诊的甲状腺癌患者的病理切片49例,其中滤泡性癌11例,滤泡型乳头状癌18例,滤泡性腺瘤20例,采用免疫组化方法检测Galectin-3和Glypican-3在甲状腺滤泡型肿瘤中的表达。结果 Galectin-3在滤泡癌、滤泡型乳头状癌和滤泡性腺瘤中的表达分别为64%(7/11)、100%(18/18)、30%(6/20);Glypican-3在滤泡癌、滤泡型乳头状癌和滤泡性腺瘤中的表达分别为64%(7/11)、89%(16/18)、25%(5/20)。Galectin-3和Glypican-3在滤泡结构的癌和腺瘤中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在甲状腺滤泡型肿瘤的鉴别诊断中,Galectin-3的敏感性高,而Glypican-3的特异性高。结论联合应用Galectin-3和Glypican-3并结合组织学特点可提高甲状腺滤泡癌的诊断率。Objective To investigate the expression and differential significance of galectin-3 and glypican-3 protein in benign and malignant follicular thyroid tumors.Methods The expression of galectin-3 and glyp-ican-3 protein in 11 cases FTC,18 cases PV-PTC and 20 cases FTA were detected by EnVision immuno-histochemical method.Results Galectin-3 expression in FTC,FV-PTC and FTA were：64% （7/11）, 100% （18/18）,30% （6/20）respectively;Glypican 3 expression in FTC,FV-PTC and FTA were：64%（7/11）,89% （16/18）,25% （5/20）respectively.Both were statistically significant in FV-C and FTA.Ga-lectin-3 is more sensitive than glypican-3 in differentiating diagnose between thyroid carcinoma and adeno-ma,however glypican-3 was more specific than galectin-3.Conclusion Combined measurement of galectin-3 and glypican-3 can improve the diagnosis of follicular thyroid cancer.
