摘 要:目的:比较血液透析患者与健康人群全血中矿物元素含量,为血液透析病人合理治疗和保健提供依据。方法以维持血液透析治疗1年以上的33例患者为实验组,和实验组年龄、性别相匹配的33例健康人为对照组,分别采集其静脉血5 ml,使用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)分析法测定静脉血中部分矿物元素含量,并按照独立样本t检验,对结果进行比较。结果全血中铁、钙、锌、铜、硒和铅平均含量,实验组分别为219.01,50.02,3.91,0.70,0.077和0.085 mg/L;对照组分别为426.59,73.43,4.73,0.80,0.18和0.071 mg/L。按成组样本t检验,全血中铁、钙、锌、铜和硒含量实验组低于对照组(t=-18.3~3.84,P值均<0.01);而血铅浓度实验组高于对照组(t=2.06,P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者钙、铁、铜、锌和硒等矿物元素含量低于健康人群,为维持机体正常机能应适当补充,同时应监测血铅含量,以防铅中毒。Objective To investigate difference in mineral elements in blood between post-dialysis patients and healthy human beings in order to provide the basis for the treatment and care of dialysis patients.Methods 33 patients as experimental group who were treated with hemodialysis for more than 1 year and 33 healthy human beings as control group who were matched with the experimental group by age and gender were selected,then samples of blood were respectively collected a-bout 5ml and the contents of mineral elements in blood samples were detected by ICP-MS and the results were applied inde-pendent-Samples t test to perform statistical analysis for the experimental group and the control group.Results For the ex-perimental group,Iron,calcium,zinc,copper,selenium average concentration were 219.01,50.02,3.91,0.70 and 0.077 mg/L respectively and were significantly lower than the control group with 426.59,73.43,4.73/L,0.80 and 0.18 mg/L,respec-tively (t=-18.3~3.84,P〈0.01).However,lead average concentration (0.085 mg/L)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (0.071 mg/L,t=2.06,P〈 0.05).Conclusion Long-term dialysis patients should have appropriate supplement with calcium,iron,copper,zinc,selenium and other mineral elements in order to maintain the body’s normal function.And furthermore,there was a risk of poisoning caused by transient sharp increase of blood lead con-tents.
