摘  要:目的了解西藏地区本科护理专业实践教学现状,为规范西藏地区本科护理实践教学提供理论依据。方法收集西藏地区3所医学院校对本科护理专业学生的培养方案,参照《本科医学教育标准——护理学专业》(以下简称《标准》)重点分析3所院校的专业实践教学情况。结果 3所院校的护理专业实践教学计划与《标准》存在差异。结论在《标准》指导下,围绕西藏地区实际情况,开展护理专业实践教学改革,进一步深化专业实践内涵建设。Objective To describe the current status of practice teaching in undergraduate nursing programs in Tibet,and provide reference for the standardization of practice teaching system in undergraduate nursing education in Tibet. Methods The training programs and practice teaching systems in three medical colleges in Tibet were analyzed with reference to the undergraduate education standards of Nursing. Results There existed differences between nursing practice teaching program in three schools and undergraduate education standards of Nursing.Conclusion It is suggested to perform teaching reform on practice teaching and further deeper the connotation of practice teaching under the guidance of professional standards and in accordance with the situation in Tibet.
