摘　　要：目的评价以《手术室护理实践指南》(以下简称《指南》)为基础的分层培训方法及效果,以规范手术室护理基本操作。方法基于《指南》制订操作标准与评分细则,在湖南省范围内采取PBL教学方法和多站式考核进行分层培训,以操作比赛形式推动《指南》落实。结果全省二级以上医院手术室护理骨干均接受了规范培训,参加决赛的39所医院4项操作考核成绩优良率为100%(39/39),理论考试成绩优良率为35.9%(14/39)。结论细化操作标准、分层培训、多站式考核、比赛促落实的方法可有效提升不同级别医院手术室护士基本操作技能。Objective To evaluate the outcomes of guideline-based operating room nursing skills training,so as to standardize operating room nursing skills. Methods The measures included formulating operation standards based on operating room nursing guideline,providing hierarchical training in Hunan province by using problembased learning method and multiple-station examination,organizing skills competition to promote the implementation of guideline. Results All the operating room nursing backbone accepted the standardized training in Hunan province. Thirty-nine hospitals participated in the operating room nursing skills competition. The excellent rate in operating room nursing skill was 100%（39/39）,while the excellent rate in theory test was 35.9%（14/39）. Conclusion Standardized operating criteria,hierarchical training,multi-station examination and skills competition can effectively improve operating room nurses＇ professional skills in different level hospitals.
