摘　　要：通过对武汉市25家医疗机构伦理委员会进行问卷调查,分析当前伦理委员会的组织与管理现状,从中发现其管理与运行中存在的问题,提出改进意见。结果表明,武汉市级医疗机构伦理委员会的管理低层次、低效率,建议武汉市级医疗机构管理者重视伦理委员会的发展,改善组织结构,完善制度建设,加强对伦理委员会委员的伦理培训,提升伦理审查质量,进一步规范医学科研行为,保护受试者和研究者双方的合法权益,推动武汉市级医疗机构伦理委员会的规范化建设。The questionnaire survey was conducted in 25 ethics committees （ECs） of medical institutions in Wuhan, It analyzed the organization and management status to find out the problems in the process of operation, and then put forward suggestions. The results showed that the management of ECs of the municipal medical institutions in Wuhan was at a low level, and ECs were running in low efficiency. It was suggested that the managers should attach importance on the development of ECs. It should improve the organizational structure, perfect the institutional construction, enhance the training of the reviewers, improve the quality of ethical review, further standardize medical research behaviors, protect the rights and interests of subjects and researchers, and thus to promote the standardized construction of ECs in Wuhan.
