摘 要:目的初步了解外科患者对隐私权的认知程度,探知外科护理工作中患者隐私权保护的方法和伦理对策。方法随机选取笔者所在医院2015年2月至2016年3月外科门诊及收治外科住院患者252例,采用自行设计的调查问卷了解患者对隐私权的认知程度、隐私泄漏的途径和方式、泄漏后果等。结果大部分患者对隐私权有一定了解、患者自认为的泄漏途径和方式大多与医护人员有关,多数患者在自己隐私泄漏后觉得心理不安,进而选择以诉讼、投诉等手段处理这些问题。结论应强化患者和医护人员对隐私权的认知,采取优化管理、更新制度等手段,尽可能保护患者隐私权。Objective: To investigate the cognition status of privacy protection in surgical patients and explore the methods and ethical countermeasures to patients' privacy protection in surgery nursing. Methods: A sample of 252 surgical outpatients and inpatients was randomly selected from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital. The cognition status of privacy protection, the ways of privacy leakage, and the consequence of privacy leakage were investigated using a selfdesigned questionnaire. Results: Most of the patients had a certain understanding of privacy right. The patients thought that privacy leakage was mostly related to the medical staff. Most of patients felt anxious after privacy leakage, and then chose to deal with these issues in litigation, complaints and other means. Conclusions: It should strengthen the awareness of privacy right of patients and health care workers, adopt optimal management, and update system, so as to protect patients' privacy right as far as possible.
