摘　　要：目的分析十年间(2006—2015)我国医患关系研究文献著者的现状,为下一步研究提供参考和建议。方法以十年(2006—2015)CNKI中核心期刊收录的医患关系研究文献作为数据来源,运用文献计量法,对文献著者进行统计分析。结果医患关系研究文献数量总体呈上升趋势;著者队伍大,但核心著者群尚未形成,合著率和合作水平还有待进一步提升;文献著者所属机构以高校和医院为主;著者机构主要分布在北京、山东、江苏等经济发达地区;研究基金来源广,但文章资助比例较低;《中国医学伦理学》杂志是医患关系相关文章发表最多的杂志。结论医患关系著者队伍庞大,亟需培养核心著者群,提高合作水平,加强对医患关系有关问题的研究。Objective： To analyze the current situation of Chinese authors of the research literature on doctor - patient relationship in the past ten years （2006 -2015）, and to provide reference and suggestion for further research. Method： We chose the literature on doctor - patient relationship included by CNKI core journals as data sources and statistically analyzed them using the method of bibliometric. Result： The quantity of the literature on doctor- patient relationship was increasing. The authors＇ team was large, but the core author group had not been formed. The collaboration rate and cooperation level needed to be further enhanced. The subsidiary organ of the authors focused on the universities and hospitals and mainly distributed in developed areas such as Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu and so forth. The research fund had a vast source, but the rate of paper fund was low. The related articleof doctorpatient relationship published in Chinese Medical Ethics most. Conclusions：The author team of doctor - patient relationship is huge. There is a need to cultivate the core author group, improve the level of cooperation, and strengthen the research on doctor- patient relationship.
