摘  要:提高大学生创新能力,加速培养创造性人才,是我国工科高等教育工作的当务之急和首要任务。为了健全大学生科技创新能力培养平台的管理模式和制度,提高大学生创新创业能力和综合素质,本文在认真研究大学生创新能力培养的影响因素的基础上,提出了基于CDIO理念的大学生科技创新能力培养平台的建设和管理方案,详细阐述了方案的实施方法。通过方案的设计与实施,目前已经取得了阶段性的成果。实践表明:基于CDIO理念的大学生科技创新能力培养平台全方位、多层次地提升了大学生的综合实力,提高了人才培养的质量,具有推广应用价值。It is a priority and top priority work for our engineering education to improve students' innovation ability and speed up their training creativity. In order to improve the management system and operation mode of scientific and technological innovation platform,and improve college students' creative ability and comprehensive quality,the factors which were contributed to college students' creative ability were firstly studied,then construction and management scheme of college students' science and technology innovation platform based on CDIO concept were proposed in this paper. Practice results showed that talent training mode of college students' science and technological innovation platform promoted the students' comprehensive quality in the omni-directional and multi-level way,and it also improved students' innovative ability. So it is worth popularizing and applying.
