摘　　要：县域经济将成为未来我国区域经济发展中活力强、增速快、效率高的重要地域经济发展单元。"互联网+"作为一种新的经济形态与创新业态,通过多业态的整合与优化,对生产经营要素的配置进行集成、优化与关联,将为县域经济的发展提供新的动能。因此,我国应进一步加强县域的信息化建设,推进互联网基础设施建设;实施"互联网+能源产业",推进新型能源业的快速发展;实施"互联网+农业",形成全新的农业发展网络,推进农业产业化和链条化,推进农业资源对外新发展。同时,促进"互联网+新型材料工业"、"互联网+区域旅游、文化发展战略"等的发展,增强对有优势、有竞争力的产业发展的支持力度,加快和提升县域的城市管理水平。County Economy will become the important regional economic development unit with the characteristics of strong vitality,rapid increasing and high efficiency in China＇ s regional economic development in the future. ＂Internet ＋ ＂is a new type of economic form and innovation format. It could facilitate the integration,the optimization and the correlation of the production and operation elements through the multi-format integration and optimization,which could provide new energy for the development of county economy. Therefore,China should further strengthen the county＇s information construction,and promote the infrastructure construction of the internet. It is still important for China to implement the policy of ＂internet ＋ energy industry＂so as to promote the rapid development of new energy industry. It is vital to implement the policy of ＂internet ＋ agriculture＂in order to achieve the formation of a new network of agricultural development. It is also essential to promote the industrialization of agriculture and chain so as to promote the new development of agricultural resources. Meanwhile,it is still crucial to promote the development of ＂internet ＋ new material industry＂,＂internet ＋ regional tourism,cultural development strategy＂and give more support to those competitive industries with their advantages in an effort to speed up and upgrade the urban management level of the county.
