摘　　要：从一些企业大数据重技术、轻应用,重建设、轻运营的问题出发,探讨业务创新对于企业大数据转型的重要性,分析大数据业务创新的特征,结合电信运营商的业务和数据特点,研究适合电信运营商的大数据业务创新模式,设计业务创新支持系统功能框架,提出实施策略建议。From the perspective of some enterprises＇ big data value technology, despise application, value construction and despise operation problems, the importance of business innovation for big data transformation of enterprises was discussed, the characteristics of big data business innovation were analyzed and combined with the characteristics of telecom operators business and data, the big data business innovation mode suitable for telecom operators was studied, the functional framework of business innovation support system was designed, the implementation strategies and suggestions were proposed.
