摘  要:SRM是一种具有双凸极结构和强非线性的新型特种电机,其结构简单、容错性高、调速方便,被广泛应用于电动汽车和航空航天领域。鉴于SRM驱动系统无转子位置检测装置,对转子运动状态进行预测具有重要的研究价值。基于国内外研究现状,设计了一种SRM非线性降阶观测器,采用霍尔传感器对定子电流和电压信号进行测量,由此对转子位置和转速进行预测。研究表明:文中设计的非线性降阶观测器基本可以满足SRM调速需求,系统响应速度比传统PID控制快10 ms左右,但转矩脉动较大,需要进一步优化。SRM is a double salient pole structure and nonlinear model of special motor,which the utility model has the ad- vantages of simple structure, high fault tolerance and convenient speed. SRM was widely used in electric vehicles in the field of aerospace and aviation.In view of the SRM drive system without rotor position detection device, the rotor motion state prediction has important research value.Based on the research status at home and abroad,a SRM nonlinear reduced order observer was designed.The stator current and voltage signals were measured by Holzer sensor, and the rotor position and rotating speed were predicted.The research shows that the nonlinear'reduced order observer can satisfy the demand of SRM speed regulation.The system response speed is faster than the traditional PID control about 10ms, but the torque ripple is larger,which needs further optimization.
