摘  要:在激光测厚用于铝板带热轧生产过程中时,由于热轧生产线上温度较高且超出激光位移传感器的工作温度范围,测厚装置无法正常使用。为了保证传感器的正常工作,研究了传感器的热防护措施,并设计了相应的热防护装置,采用风冷、半导体制冷、水冷和绝热的组合措施。经过测试,传感器环境温度可以控制在(25.6±0.1)℃(设定温度25℃),起到了热防护的作用,并有效地减小了传感器的温度漂移,达到了设计要求。When laser measurement gauge is used in aluminum strip hot rolling production line, the thickness gauge is unable to be used because of the temperature in the aluminum strip hot rolling production line which beyond the temperature range of the gauge's laser sensors.In order to guarantee the normal work of the sensors ,thermal protection measures of the sensors and designed the corresponding equipment which contains the combination of air cooling, semiconductor refrigeration, water cooling and insulation was studied.After testing,the ambient temperature of the sensor can be controlled into(25.64-0.1)℃ ,relative to the standard temperature which is 25 ℃, the equipment has fine protective effect against heat, reducing the temperature drift of the sensors and meets the design requirements.
