摘 要:设计了一种基于微电容超声换能器(CMUT)16阵列的信号采集系统,用大容量FLASH做临时存储介质,利用USB总线传输能力上传采集数据。实验表明:该采集系统具有通道一致性好、采样精度高的特点,以6 MHz的采样率同步采集到16通道400 k Hz超声信号。开展了水下超声测距和超声成像等应用研究,对采集数据进行线性标度转换和带通滤波等预处理,为微电容超声换能器的应用提供硬件支持。This paper designed a signal acquisition system based on capacitive micromachined uhrasonic transducer16 arrays,adopted large capacity FLASH as storage medium,and rationally used the data transmission ability of USB2.0 to upload data.Experiments demonstrated that this acquisition system has characteristics of high sampling precision,good channel consistencry.It acquired 16 channel 400 kHz signal with 6 MHz sampling rate synchronously and successfully.Underwater ultrasonic ranging and ultrasound imaging researches was carried out,preprocess data such as linear scaling transformation and band-pass filtering, laids a hardware foundation for the application of capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer.
