DEK、p53及Ki67在食管病变中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨DEK、p53及Ki67在食管病变中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测58例食管鳞状上皮癌(A组)、50例食管鳞状上皮不典型增生(B组)和29例食管炎(C组)组织中DEK、p53及Ki67蛋白的表达情况。结果 A组DEK、p53及Ki67蛋白的阳性表达率高于B组和C组(P<0.01),且B组高于C组(P<0.01)。A组DEK表达与组织学分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),p53表达与性别有关(P<0.05),Ki67表达与年龄和浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。A组DEK表达与p53和Ki67表达均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 DEK、p53及Ki67与食管癌的发生、发展相关,三者联合检测可作为判断食管癌恶性程度和评估预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of DEK,p53 and Ki67in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）and precancerous lesions.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was employed to examine the expressions of DEK,p53 and Ki67in 58 samples of ESCC（group A）,50 samples of intraepithelial neoplasia（group B）and 29 samples of oesophagitis（group C）.Results The positive expression rates of DEK,p53 and Ki67in group A were higher than those in groups of B and C（P〈0.01）,which in group B were higher than those in group C（P〈0.01）.DEK expression was related to the degree of histological differentiation and lymph node metastases（P〈0.05）,p53 expression was related to gender（P〈0.05）,and Ki67 expression was related to age and depth of invasion in group A（P〈0.05）.DEK expression was not significantly relevant to the expressions of p53 and Ki67in group A（P〉0.05）.Conclusion DEK,p53 and Ki67 are associated with the occurrence and development of ESCC.Therefore,combined detection of the expressions of DEK,p53 and Ki67may be taken as important indicators in evaluating the degree of malignancy and prognosis of the the patients with ESCC.
