摘　　要：文章针对绿色节能办公环境要求的日益提高,结合滁州供电公司调度办公大楼的节能改造工程,提出"2+N"技术与管理组合节能模式。通过技术上对中央空调系统改造和围护分系统窗户改造,结合N项管理节能措施的组合实施,不仅改善了职工办公环境,降低办公大楼用能指标,同时还培养员工节能降耗的良好习惯。Due to an increasing demand for green and energy-saving environment, this paper puts forward an energy-saving pattern called ＂2 ＋ N＂, which is the combination of technology and management in the renovation project of the dispatching office building of Chuzhou Power Supply Company. By technically reconstructing the central air conditioning system and improving the window containment subsystem as well as implementing other measures in management and energy saving, the employees＇ office environment has been improved, the energy-consumption quota of the office building reduced and meanwhile, the employees have formed good habits of saving energy and reducing the consumption of energy.
