摘 要:衡量大型企业有一项重要标准,就是企业具有自己成熟完善的培训体系。培训在增强企业凝聚力、提高员工素质、增加企业效益等方面都有着很重要的作用,是实现企业可持续人力资源开发的必要方式,是企业保持活力、走向成功的重要手段,是企业福利中不可切割的组成部分。文章结合实际工作经验对近年来企业培训中暴露出的问题进行分析,并从强化心理学角度阐述心理学应用到企业培训中的重要性和必要性,以及对应用过程中应注意的问题进行简要分析。A vital measurement of a large enterprise's success is whether it has its own mature and perfect training system. Playing an important role in enhancing enterprise cohesion, improving staff quality and increasing enterprise profit, training is an essential means for enterprise to realize sustainable development of human resources, an important method of keeping vigorous and acquiring success and, an indispensable part of enterprise benefits. In accordance with practical experience, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in enterprise training of recent years. It also expounds the importance and necessity of applying psychology to enterprise training, while providing a brief analysis on issues which should be paid attention to in real application.
