摘  要:目的:探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)外周血浆检测EGFR基因突变的临床价值。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年5月在我院治疗的非小细胞癌(NSCLC)患者50例为研究对象,采集患者外周血浆制作成标本,并对DNA行提取检测EGFR基因突变情况。结果:女性EGFR基因突变与男性无差异明显(P>0.05);临床分析、组织类型即EGFR TIKs基因突变无明显差异(P>0.05);外周血浆检测EGFR基因突变特异性超过95%,患者客观缓解率为50.0%(9/18)。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌患者行外周血浆检测EGFR基因检测,与肿瘤组织标本检测一致,可代替部分有创性肿瘤标本EGFR基因突变检测,为靶向治疗患者提供有价值的依据。Objective: To explore the clinical significance of detecting EGFR gene mutation in peripheral blood plasma of patients with advanced NSCLC. 65 cases of NSCLC patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as research subjects, the peripheral blood plasma of patients was collected and EGFR gene mutation was detected through DNA extraction. Results: The difference of female EGFR gene mutation and that of male EGFR gene mutation was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05); Clinical analysis indicated that there were no significant differences in the TIKs EGFR gene mutations (P〉 0.05); Specificity of EGFR gene mutation in peripheral blood plasma was more than 95%, the objective remission rate of patients was 50.0%. Conclusion: The EGFR gene mutation detection in peripheral blood plasma of patients with advanced NSCLC was consistent with tumor tissue samples, it could take the place of the detection of some invasive tumor specimens, which provided a valuable basis for targeted therapy.
