摘 要:清宫造办处发端于康熙朝,是清代宫廷最重要的工艺美术品制作机构.面对康熙朝遗留下来的宫廷技艺分散,清宫造办处作房不甚完善、各门技艺发展不平衡的局面,清世宗登基伊始着力改革清宫造办处.这些措施包括收权于清宫造办处、定"内廷恭造之式"、管理事必躬亲.通过上述"改革三部曲",一方面清宫造办处在制作和管理方面更加规范化、自主化,奠定了清宫造办处在内廷制造部门中的主导地位;另一方面理清了清廷技艺的官制和御制体系,实现了皇权对技艺的控制.清世宗对清宫造办处的改革是基于对精美器物的渴求和利用双重原因.对于清世宗而言,清宫造办处是他舒展个人审美情趣的大作坊,更是他在前朝伸展治理手段的大后方.The Imperial workshops are the most important imperial wares production organization in Qing Dynasty, and which are significant especially in Yongzheng Regime. It is due to the effort y Qing Shi- zong. Firstly, he concentrates the right of imperial wares production on the Imperial Workshops. Secondly, he establishes the standard of wares production that is made in imperial palace. Thirdly, he takes care of ev- ery single thing personally. Thus, the imperial power seemingly control of the technique well. It is certain that the imperial power occupy the leading role in the contest between imperial power and technique. The history of the Imperial Workshops during Yongzheng Regime in the Qing Dynasty is well reflects the control- ling and attracting to craft made by imperial power.
