阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者外周血Aβ_(42)及Aβ_(40)的变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者外周血Aβ_(42)及Aβ_(40)的变化情况及临床意义。方法以天津市北辰地区流行病学调查AD患者105例作为研究对象,同时随机选择同期42例健康老人作为对照组。采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定外周血Aβ_(42)及Aβ_(40)水平。结果健康对照组和AD组患者外周血Aβ_(42)分别为(23.46±17.07)ng/ml、(6.46±8.27)ng/ml,与健康对照组比较,AD组Aβ_(42)明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外周血Aβ_(40)分别为(11.24±13.02)ng/ml、(18.50±16.35)ng/ml,与健康对照组比较,AD组Aβ_(40)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康对照组Aβ_(42)/Aβ_(40)为2.08,AD组Aβ_(42)/Aβ_(40)为0.36,AD组Aβ_(42)/Aβ_(40)比值明显降低。结论基于流行病学调查,天津市北辰地区的AD患者外周血Aβ_(42)水平降低,Aβ_(40)水平升高,Aβ_(42)/Aβ_(40)比值降低。Objective To observe changes of peripheral Aβ42and Aβ_（02） in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）and to investigate their clinical meanings.Methods A total of 105 AD patients in selected as the observed subjects by epidemiological investigation in Beichen District,Tianjin City,meanwhile random sampling 42 healthy age-matched as control group.Level of the Aβ42and Aβ40 was detected by ELISA.Results The level of Aβ42in peripheral blood was respectively（23.46±17.07）ng/ml、（6.46±8.27）ng/ml,Compared to the controls,the level of Aβ42in the patients decreased significantly（P〈0.05）;the level of Aβ40in peripheral blood was respectively（11.24±13.02）ng/ml、（18.50±16.35）ng/ml,Compared to the controls,the level of Aβ40in the patients increased significantly（P〈0.05）.the rate of Aβ42/Aβ40was respectively 2.08、0.36,the ratio was decreased in AD groups.Conclusion Based on our epidemiological investigation in Beichen District,Tianjin City,the level of Aβ42in peripheral blood was decreased,Aβ40was increased and Aβ42/Aβ40was decreased in AD patients.
