摘 要:文化自觉指生活在一定文化中的人对其文化有"自知之明",只有认识和理解自己的文化,才有条件在多元文化的世界里确立自己的位置。乡村教师的文化自觉表现为对乡村文化脉络的清晰认知,对表征文化之习俗伦理的认同,对滋养了自我之文化的依恋,以及对乡村文化传承和发展的信心。城镇化过程中乡村教师文化自觉缺失,表现为乡村伦理认知的缺失以及乡村伦理教育实践的匮乏。专业化运动加剧了乡村教师的城市化倾向和对乡村生活本质的遗忘。建构乡村教师的文化自觉才能在城市文化和乡村文化的博弈中走出一条乡村现代性之路,达到费孝通提出的不同文化"各美其美,美美与共"的境地,从而使得乡村教师拯救乡村文化成为可能。构建乡村教师的文化自觉需要国家制度的价值引领。Culture consciousness is some kind of serf-knowledge about culture for people who live in it.. People can establish themselves when they are aware of and understand their culture in a multiple world. Urbanization ia a game between city culture and rural culture. Rural teachers " culture consciousness includes knowing culture well, culture identity, approving ethical custom, culture attachment, confidence of culture heritage and development, etc Deficiency of rural teacher culture consciousness shows lack of knowledge and education about ethical custom. Teacher specialization aggravates trends of urbanization and forgetting rural life essence. Enlightening and constructing culture consciousness is a way of foundation of reestablishing traits of rural teachers" professionalization. Constructing culture consciousness is a path of rural culture modernity, which helps achieve consistent coexistence of city culture and rural culture and makes rural teacher save country culture possible. It's necessary to forcing relevant system in order to construct teachers" culture consciousness.
