摘　　要：D型细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin)是目前已知的细胞周期蛋白(Cyclins)中的亚型之一,与肿瘤的关系最为密切,D型Cyclin中的CyclinD1是细胞周期中起关键作用的正向调节因子,主要作用于细胞增殖及细胞分裂过程,CyclinD1特异性过表达于多种肿瘤细胞。研究发现,在泌尿系恶性肿瘤中也存在CyclinD1过表达现象,且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移和复发有关。因此,以CyclinD1作为泌尿系肿瘤的研究靶点,有可能为泌尿系恶性肿瘤的预防及治疗等提供新的思路。Cyclin D is the most closely relationship with tumor,and it is currently known one of the subtypes of cychns.CyclinDl,as a positive regulatory factor,has an important role in the process of cell cycle,especially in cell proliferation and division.CyclinDl is unusually up- regulated in lots of human cancers.CyclinDl is a recently discovered protein which is highly expressed in the urinary tumors,and its expression in tumors is associated with a more aggressive phenotype,prognosis and recurrence.Therefore,the research of the target point to CyclinDl in the urinary tumors may provide a new method for the therapy to urinary tumors.
