摘 要:目的分析新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效及其与uPA、PAI-1组织表达的相关性。方法搜集2012年3月至2014年5月来我院就诊的乳腺癌患者82例,均给以新辅助化疗,采用免疫组织化学法检测化疗后所有乳腺癌组织中uPA及PAI-1的表达情况,探讨新辅助化疗的疗效及与uPA、PAI-1表达的相关性。结果 uPA和PAI-1组织表达与治疗效果均呈负相关(-1≤r<0),相关系数的检验具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 uPA和PAI-1组织表达与治疗效果存在相关性,表现为uPA及PAI-1表达水平呈阴性,患者治疗效果好。Objective To investigate the correlations between uPA, PAI-1 expression and neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods We collected 82 cases of breast cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2012. All the patients were treated with breast cancer resection and neoadjuvant chemotherapy after sur- gery. Levels of UPA and PAI-1 expression in breast carcinoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry examination. The correlations between uPA, PAI- 1 expression and the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer were analyzed. Results The expression of uPA and PAI-1 was negatively correlated with the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer( -1 ≤ r 〈0 ,P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The positive expression of uPA and PAI-1 is correlated with the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer, suggesting that uPA and PAI-1 could be used as negative biomarkers of therapeutic effect.
