补肾益脾祛毒汤联合改良IA方案治疗中老年白血病的疗效及毒副反应观察

摘　　要：目的：观察补肾益脾祛毒汤联合改良IA方案治疗中老年白血病的疗效及毒副反应。方法：选取2011年5月-2015年4月我院收治的60例中老年白血病患者为研究对象,依据入院顺序将患者分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予改良IA方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上另联合补肾益脾祛毒汤治疗,对两组治疗后临床疗效、药物毒副反应、生存时间及生存率及进行观察比较。结果：治疗后研究组临床总有效率80.00%较对照组53.33%显著高,具有一定临床疗效（χ^2=4.800,P〈0.05）;1年内研究组平均生存时间较对照组显著延长,具有统计学意义（t=13.754,P〈0.05）;1年随访观察发现研究组生存率83.33%较对照组生存率60.00%显著高（χ^2=11.915,P〈0.05）;两组治疗后较治疗前血象指标分别均显著降低,治疗后对照组RBC、Hb、WBC较研究组降低显著;治疗后两组ALT、AST分别均较治疗前显著升高,Cr、BUN显著降低,且治疗后对照组ALT、AST较研究组升高显著,Cr、BUN降低显著,均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾益脾祛毒汤联合改良IA方案对中老年白血病患者的的临床疗效显著,并有效降低药物毒副反应,延长及提高患者生存时间及生存率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect and toxic side effects of Bushen Yipi Qudu Decoction combined with modified IA regimen in the treatment of middle-aged and old patients with leukemia.Methods： 60middle-aged and old patients with leukemia treated in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2015 were selected,patients were divided into study group and controlled group（30 cases in each） according to the order of admission,the controlled group was given modified IA regimen,the study group added Bushen Yipi Qudu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,clinical efficacy after the treatment,drug side effects,survival time and survival rate of two groups were observed and compared.Results： The total clinical effective rate in the study group after the treatment（80.00%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（53.33%）（x2 = 4.800,P〈0.05）,which had certain curative effect,mean survival time in the study group in 1year was significantly longer than the controlled group（t =13.754,P〈0.05）; 1year follow-up observation showed that the survival rate in the study group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group（60.00%）（x2 = 11.915,P〈0.05）,hematological parameters in the two groups after the treatment were significantly decreased than those before the treatment,RBC,Hb,WBC in the controlled group after the treatment were significantly decreased than the study group; ALT,AST after the treatment in the two groups were significantly increased than those before the treatment,Cr,BUN were significantly decreased,ALT,AST in the controlled group after the treatment were significantly increased than the study group,Cr,BUN were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Bushen Yipi Qudu Decoction combined with modified IA regimen in the treatment of middle-aged and old patients with leukemia is remarkable,and can effectively reduce drug side effects,prolong and improve survival time and survival rate of patients,which is worth spreadi
