快速康复外科策略联合中医适宜技术在自发性脑出血患者治疗康复中的运用

摘　　要：目的：观察快速康复外科策略联合中医适宜技术在神经外科自发性脑出血患者治疗中的运用。方法：选取我科于2013年04月~2015年04月收治的80例神经外科自发性脑出血手术患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规围手术期治疗方式,治疗组采用快速康复外科策略联合中医适宜技术,对比两组患者手术后恢复情况及并发症的差异。结果：两组治疗后1个月及治疗后6个月ADL评分及FMA评分比较,研究组治疗效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组术后并发症研究组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者神经功能缺损积分研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：神经外科自发性脑出血手术患者采用快速康复外科理念联合中医适宜技术,可以明显提高患者的治疗效果,有效降低患者术后后遗症发生率及后遗症程度,缩短住院时间,提高患者术后生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To investigate the application of fast track surgery combined with suitable technology of traditionalChinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： From April 2013 to April 2015,80 patients with hemorrhage in our hospital were enrolled,these patients were randomly divided into study group and controlled group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were all treated with minimally invasive evacuation of intracrania1 hematoma,and then the study group was added with suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： No significant diferences were found in the ability of daily living assessment of ADL index score and limb movement function evaluation of simple Fugl—Meyer（ FMA） integral scores between the two groups before surgery. However,the ADL score,FMA score and score of neural function defect evaluation at 1months and6 months after surgery were comparised between the two groups. Results： Before surgery,the score of the study group had no significant difference from that of the controlled group（ P〉0. 05）,and the scores of the study group on 7days,1month,6months after operation were significantly better than those of the controlled group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fast track surgery combined with suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and should be popularized in clinic.
